- SMShabnam MSep 20, 20251.0I'm typically a fan of Rosati's. Whenever we pick up orders they're spot on. That is until I ordered delivery. I ordered spaghetti with marinara along with 2 pizzas and a salad which set me back iver $100! My spaghetti marinara came with meatballs. When I called to let them know they said they would credit me $5 and hung up on me, but I paid $6.99 for the spaghetti. When I called back they played "pass-the-phone" till finally the manager said the $5 credit stands since the first guy already set it. Mind you, this was "their" mistake but I wasn't aware their credit policy was so ironclad. The first guy said they can offer the full credit, it was an easy okay by the manager, but the manager said otherwise And to make nutters worse there was hair in the pizza. So folks....buyer beware.
