If I could give zero stars I would quickly. Hire people that care. The heavy set kid that works the register cant spell customer service let alone demonstrate any.

I ordered an 18" pizza for delivery and got a 16". When I called, I was told a manager would call me back. Waited an hour, no call. I call back and I was basically told to kick rocks, lol. He literally told me "no, we didn't". Funny thing is, I work in a restaurant that sells pizza. I wasn't looking for free food, just not looking to pay $25 for a smaller pizza. He was super unhelpful and offered me a 10% discount, which I probably would've been ok with, except the blatant attempt to convince me I don't know the difference in pizza sizes and lack of customer service. Used to order from Rosati's all the time. Never again.

Ordered food over the phone went in there 25 minutes later to pick it up..I made the payment had a receipt in my hand they told me 5 more minutes it took them another 30 minutes to give me my food and i know it was thirty minutes because the time was on the receipt when i paid and the whole time the food was ready behind the cashier in the food warmer and she was not paying attention because she was on the phone on tiktok or some kind of app while I was waiting for 30 minutes in the lobby and she got offensive when I ask her if that was my food in the food warmer for at least 20 minutes because I saw the Cook put the food in the warmer and I didn't know it was mine... spent $65 dollars on over priced and way over rated food and the nastiest attitude like there the only restaurant in town...I should of listened to the other reviewers and now I know why they are rated in the low 3 star category.
