  Honestly, I very rarely leave a review for a restaurant or make the effort to publicly warn people. We went to Rosa Mexican Kitchen today (10/18/2025) around 1:30-2pm and my family and I were extremely disappointed. The food had no seasoning, the sodas weren’t cold at all, we spent over $170 and left completely unsatisfied. We ordered two steak fajitas (mind you, it’s on the “house specialties” part of the menu), we paid $25 per fajita, ordered 3 beers and 2 sodas, one chips and salsa (because unlike most of traditional Mexican restaurants they do not provide chips and salsa once you actually sit down and order drinks), we also ordered some chips and guacamole and a kids burrito. The fajitas were untouched, no one of our family of 5 could eat them - how can they turn Mexican food bad ? That was a hard task… the service was also pretty bad, the server couldn’t quite understand us and always left the table before we were even finish ordering or speaking. It was odd, expensive and the worst part: we all left the restaurant HUNGRY! I guess you are all better of getting food at a good traditional food truck across the street, at least you know it will taste good and it won’t be a rip off

  We come here frequently the food is actually great and the service has usually been outstanding but tonight we got stuck in a corner and the waiter was awful worse service we’ve ever had at a restaurant had to order a drink 3 times just to get it,, couldn’t he remember what we ordered ,,, we would look towards the bar and your servers would be kicking back standing there we even waived to them and they looked at us and did nothing ,, May not return even if the food is good
