    Excellent Experience at Roper Honda! Everyone at Roper Honda really went above and beyond to work with us. They even approved repairs in Springfield, which isn’t something they normally do — and I truly appreciated that, especially given the distance between my home and the Joplin facility. Every step of the way, the staff was helpful and accommodating. A special thank-you to Lucas for all of his help and great communication. Highly recommend Roper Honda!

    Roper Honda Service Department provided excellent service for my vehicle, as they always do. I chose to wait for my vehicle, which I typically do for routine visits. The regular service, which included tire rotation, was completed in about an hour. I like that the service department doesn’t try to sell a part or a service if it isn’t necessary. I indicated when I dropped my car keys to the service associate, Patrick, that I might buy a set of tires soon. When Patrick brought my keys and invoice back to me to head over to the cashier, he explained the current condition of my vehicle and my tires, and he added I could buy tires if I wished. But he added that currently my tire treads were all still good. This is the kind of honesty consistent, here,. I have done business with this service department and this dealership now for ten years because they have earned my business year after year.They are honest, communicative, friendly, and helpful.

    I recently began bringing my Honda Pilot to Roper Honda after terrible experiences at Scholfield Honda in Wichita (they forgot about me when I was getting an oil change; they gaslit me into thinking I was not buckling a seatbelt properly- triggering the rear seatbelt sensor going off non-stop while driving with a passenger), where I had originally bought my Pilot. The technicians at Roper listened to my issue, said it’s a common malfunction, ordered the seatbelt part, replaced it, AND they found it was covered under warranty. My problem was solved! They were friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I will buy my next Honda at Roper and bring my vehicles to them for all further maintenance in the future! Side note: avoid Scholfield Honda (East) in Wichita.

    If you are looking for a more than great and almost brand new vehicle, I would go to Roper Honda. The lifetime warrenty on the motor, transmission etc... is a bonus in my books and a warrenty of up to 150,000.00 for all the electronic's is a plus as well! I would strongly suggest that you also get your routine maintenance and oil changes done in house at Roper Honda as well! The mechanics are excellent and won't try fo sell you something you won't need! Lastly Brad was the gentleman that sold me my car and he goes out and beyond to get you in the vehicle you want. Also if you want something and don't see it on their lot, feel free to ask and they can take a look around ans see id they can get it for you. Not many other car dealers will do that. Go with Roper Honda! You won't regret it! I bought my 2020 Subaru Forester Sport from Roper honda in 2021 and have not had one problem with it all. They won't sell you a lemon I guarantee it.

    I had work done at a roper Honda facility what a wonderful experience. Jason the boss I believe that was his name what an awesome person it was such a pleasure working with somebody with the integrity and the honesty is the unreal I feel like we developed a true friendship that's just the person he is he informed me that he actually was one of The ropers he was married to one of the roper's daughters and they have an awesome son-in-law. If I was in the market for a new or used car roper Honda would be my first choice of places to go after dealing with them with the integrity and the honesty and the true Karen we're just cannot describe adequately what an experience it was awesome that's probably the best word I can say awesome
