I had my septic tank pumped. The guys were very professional and upfront about pricing. They were on time and took care of the job. They were very personable and explained everything, even how to take care of the septic tank going forward by using yeast. They talked to us and were very nice to even have everyday conversations with. They cleaned everything up in the end and put everything back the way it was. Would definitely use this company again and refer it to other people especially because of the technicians that came out to my house.

These guys were great. Had called for an inspection and pumping on a septic that has never been looked at under my ownership. Turns out it was in bad shape. They explained everything, and actually showed me how each part worked and how it was failing, much like me at making good life choices. I felt like I was actually involved in the process, not just waiting for them to finish. Not just sitting alone in my house for them to show up at my door just to ask me for money, like some parent of adult children (Call your parents, they are bored and lonely). I had a real understanding of the job and NEED for the work that was done. In fact, I am so much more informed now that I might go rogue and start digging up my neighbors septic. I know it's messed up, I can smell it in my yard almost everyday. Call these guys, DAVE! You need them, your yard smells like an Arby's bathroom...gross.

I want to take a moment to thank Johnny J. for his exceptional customer service and genuine care. From the very beginning of our call, Johnny was patient, kind, and professional. He took the time to make sure my concerns were fully addressed and went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly. What impressed me most was his thoughtful follow-up after the service was complete — it showed he truly values his customers and takes pride in his work. It’s rare to find someone who provides this level of attention and dedication. Thank you, Johnny J., for your outstanding service and for turning what could have been a stressful situation into a positive and reassuring experience. You truly made a difference!

Joe was incredible, professional, and compassionate. He truly listened to my requirements and avoided any unnecessary tasks. This is my first experience with this company, but it certainly won't be my last. I reached out to several other organizations, but none were as accommodating as this one, which made it possible to complete everything, especially on such short notice. The buyer of my home is scheduled for their inspection on Monday, 10/6/2025, and today is 10/4/2025. Thank you very much, Joe! Both you and the company deserve high accolades and an A+++. Angela Hilario. The customer service was exceptional as well.

They scheduled me first Friday 10am-2pm and didn't make it. So the rescheduled me for Saturday at 8am. They arrived after 9am and the $150 estimate changed to $400 due to they said they have to use 5 hoses to get the truck to the tank. Their are two entrance to the tank that the truck could use but Brad said the company policy is they can't drive on gravel. I was not happy that the price increased so much and that all of the other companies drove their truck back to the tank. I feel that they don't this to try to get people to pay more money. I needed the work done so I went to sign the iPad and Brad keep moving it and said that he wasn't going to do the work and that I had to call to have someone else come out because "it wasn't a good fit". He said you tried to knock the iPad down I said no you kept moving it and I almost tripped. So he left and now I have 3 hours to try to find a company to come out to do an emergency pumping on a Saturday which is more expensive. If you use this company be prepared to pay at least $400 for a pumping even if you have any riser and it is right next to the street. They will find other ways to charge more instead of just being honest with up front pricing. I definitely could have handled the bate and switch better but I am tired of companies taking advantage of people. If you want a company that is true to their word and who won't smoke a vape in front of you and goes above and beyond for their customers this isn't the company. Try Fayette Sepic or Bishop Septic. Here is the entrance that the company policy keeps them from driving on. Hopefully in the future they will inform customer that they only drive on pavement so the client can choose a different company or pay the $350 extra hoses fees. I hope this helps the next person in an emergency pumping situation.
