Such a pleasure to have Mark work within my home. He came right out to access the problem. Thankfully this procedure was repairable within the day. Mark was very pleasant, professional, respectful and an amazing worker. A great clean job. Absolutely will use this company again.

Excellent service, came when expected, took about an hour. Spoke with Mark. Fixed toilet which is old, lime build up and debris blocking water jets. Also provided quotes for a new toilet. Would recommend them.

Called for an estimate, flat rate pricing, to have 2 toilets, removed, disposed of, and 2 additional toilets installed. I spoke with Bill and he quoted me a price of $255 x 2 to install each toilet. We purchased the toilets he recommended so he knew exactly what he was installing. Instead of being a total $510, we were charged $610. after a $20 new customer discount. So we were charged $130. more then what was quoted. Work was done well, but this was not flat pricing as indicated.
