  This place was awful!!! The girls at the front desk were rude, I mentioned that I was an aarp member and they only gave me that discount for 1 night of my two nights, told them my refrigerator wasn’t working and totally ignored that, I should get some sort of discount for a non working frig.. still charged me full price.. $282.. the rooms smell like stale cig smoke and the lighting is dark and gloomy, time for an update on that place!! Next time for any hockey tourneys in Dickinson, my group won’t be staying there again!!! Anita Radermacher

  It’s a place to sleep, room is clean. Entire third floor hallways smells like pee, and first floor smoke (sigs and pot) at least there is a decent looking pool on main (2nd floor). “King” room has a single FULL size bed. BW must not check out their franchise locations.

  The hotel is in desperate need of an update. We started in one room; however, it had so many stains on the worn-out carpet and so many unidentified smells that we asked to be moved to a new room. The new room had only a couple of huge stains on the carpet, and the curtain valance was at least attached, unlike the first room. The smell of mold in 1st room 209 was concerning. The fridge made 2 strange noises all day and night, and the hallways reeked of marijuana, so the non-smoking room still smelled of smoke. The door hinges on the neighbor's room squeaked loudly every time they went through it. Between the fridge and the neighboring door, it was a sleepless night. The shower curtain rod was precariously hung on the wall and had holes in it. There are no fans in any of the bathrooms. The window screen had a hole to let bugs in, although it didn't really matter because the windows were so filthy that you couldn't see out of them anyhow. The front staff were extremely unhelpful and untrained. The rooms were dark with worn-out carpets, and the hallway carpets were worn and rippled with lots of duct tape for transition pieces. We used to stay at this hotel 15 years ago, and it was clean and comfortable, not 5-star but a solid 4.0. We would struggle to give it a 1.0 as it stands today. It has great bones, but a complete makeover is warranted. Dont be fooled by the pictures on website . Do more research I feel sad for DSU having showcase events at this place . It was a Grand place at one time . What happened? I totally expect a bot reply expressing their concern. Save it.

  DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The hotel is filthy and old, in desperate need of cleaning and renovation!! Shower curtain had mold all over it, carpet taped together with duct tape. Pictures are VERY MISLEADING— it looks nothing like the photos. Not even close. Staff were very rude and not at all welcoming!! I got the impression that they would rather not be working there, as they know what the place is like.The whole place is dark and smells bad. Would not go near the pool!!! Sink drain was plugged, stains on the carpet.

  So I stay best westerns pretty often and my first at this was was okay but wasn’t in impressed I have stayed in smaller towns and gotten better rooms and cleaner. Second nit I get here to check in and get room 309 walking and theirs stuff all over bed and then I proceeded to go to the bathroom and theirs all in the shower and water doesn’t work so I go back to front desk and told I needed another room get room 239 not a bad room but could be better. Feels like you will fall through the bath tube it’s all stained and has a very heavy yellow tint to it. So ahead but I’m staying tomorrow as well and I have booked for a different room. So heads up it’s a stay able clean hotel but a lot of little things need to be fixed or they are going to start losing customers
