I’d recommend following the outlet’s instagram for some sneak peeks of their inventory - note that they do change from time to time. Delivery time was reasonable (Oct 4 ordered and Oct 29 delivered). Shout out to the delivery folks Andrew and Victor from NJ - they were professional, on time, and efficient.

The quality is EXCEPTIONAL - some pieces ~9 years old and still look brand new (even with kids who try to destroy everything). The style is timeless - really sleek and absolutely beautiful (obsessed with their walnut). Comfy too! And the staff is so willing to help, never felt pushed to buy, just an amazing experience. If you're wondering, I have a lot of RH too, and I will never buy from there again (genuinely not even close, you're paying for a name). I'm a R&B lifer, here!

And when we were ready, we were offered complimentary design services and as much time and as many visits as needed to make the best decisions for our needs. We were happy with the ordering process. Setting up delivery was a breeze. The gentlemen that arrived to deliver were experienced, careful, knowledgeable the products, and very clean. Everything was placed exactly where we wanted it after assembly was complete. They slowly and carefully inspected everything with us. Explained the proper care. Cleaned up after themselves. We were happy with each step of the process and we love our furniture.
