No care, no placement, no service — just a courier box like any other delivery. This is a clear case of over-promising and under-delivering. When a company advertises white glove delivery, customers expect premium handling and service, not being left to unpack and manage it themselves. For a purchase of this value, I expected integrity and professionalism. Very disappointing experience — I will not let this go unnoticed.
