Most importantly flexibility is available, where you can pick a style and adapt it to your needs (color, size, type of material, etc.). Staff is helpful and well informed without being condescending as it sometimes happens in such establishments. One issue that I noticed when looking at the details is that certain parts (table tops, cabinet doors) were not perfectly aligned. This may be the installer's mistake or error in production; I hope they fix that.
