I went when the store was empty and there were two older women working there. We walked around for over 30 minutes and no one spoke to us until they saw me picking up fabrics and placing them against different sofas. Customer service is severely lacking. They can take notes from their neighbors at CB2.

John Paul was an incredible sales associate and so helpful. We have been shopping for a sofa for a long time and he was patient with us and answered all our questions. He didn’t make us feel pressured to buy on the spot. Overall great experience, and Room and Board is lucky to have such a wonderful employee!

Excellent quality products. I’ve bought from this company dozens of times and was disappointed twice but Room & Board always fixed the problem. I highly recommend.

I was looking to purchase a sofa today. I was not greeted when I walked in. I made it a point to look around the entire store, even walked passed a group of associates and no one greeted or attempted to ask if I needed assistance. I literally had to ask them “Do y’all work here” in order for them to finally acknowledge me. Truly saddens me because I actually saw a sofa I wanted to purchase. Maybe my skin tone was not welcome.
