Just spent a nice morning looking at couches at Room & Board. I've been looking at the website for weeks and knew what styles I wanted to look at. Tin showed us the styles we were interested in, and similar options for an informed decision. Living in nyc, furniture shopping can be difficult in terms of getting items to fit elevators, hallways, doorways, etc, but r&b has a service where someone can come to measure these spaces or you can even do a virtual call. Furniture is reasonably priced, semi customizable, and made with quality materials.

Very low quality finish on the couch legs, stain came off after couple of months.

I will say that I love our Room & Board furniture purchases. They are very high quality. The showroom experience is great. Be aware, though, that once your transaction is complete, all post-purchase service from delivery to warranty repair is subcontracted out and you will not receive the same level of service. Still great products and sales staff, but if you run into a problem after purchase, it's going to be "a problem".
