  Multiple times per week, ignoring no soliciting signs and causing my dogs to go nuts while I am working remotely. Tell tour door to door folks to respect people's wishes and read signs.

  I normally don’t write reviews but I have to give credit when is warranted My roof started leaking and I put in a claim to my house insurance company . After 28 years of on time insurance premiums paid . I was denial without a proper evaluation . I needed help and I called roofing Pros of Ocala and this where I was introduced Judith Nieto. She visited my house and after proper introduction she immediately proceeded to work. She inspected not only the inside of my house but she confidently climb on roof and also evaluated the damaged. Upon completion of inspection it was concluded not only did I needed shingle but there was lots of soft spots throughout the roof . Roofing pros immediately went to work . They assign me a lawyers firm to help me proof that I did have damage . Although it was some time later I did succeeded on my claim. I now have a brand new roof and the required lumber replaced . Thank you Judith and Roofing Pros for taking command in helping me win and receiving a roof where I feel safer with worrying about rain water entering my house . I will definitely let my community know of the spectacular service you guys provide Done

  I met with Harley after noticing some shingles in my yard. He looked over my roof then sat down and explained their process for insurance claims. He was right about the entire process and costs. He never misled us and kept us updated throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them.

  5/5 isn’t enough stars. More like 10/10 experience. Jacob and his team were fantastic every step in the process. The customer experience is outstanding and they are always willing to help with any questions. The installers showed up early and didn’t stop. Finished the work in a day and showed up early the next day to cleanup what was leftover. We are happy they we used Roofing Pro USA and will be recommending to friends and family in the future. Thank you Jacob for everything

  Starting with the salesman, he told us what we wanted to hear, and lied to us about several things to include how much we would be paying. From there, the service team was not much better as they barely apologized and only hassled us about paying before they even start the roof installation. The only good thing that came from them was them telling us the salesman had been let go. The person handling our account seemed clueless as to what she was even responsible for and anytime we asked a question, she had to "ask her manager" and would never get back with us. The legal team they refer us to is very helpful, knowledgeable and easy to work with. They stayed in contact with us and Roofing Pros as much as possible. Then came Anthony Perez with his team of amazing builders. They showed up that morning and were done by that evening. We have dogs and as soon as we sent Anthony a text that we needed to let them out, him and his team ran to pick up any debris and nails in the backyard so we can let them out. He came to our door at the beginning and end of our build and was all in all pleasant and easy to work with.
