  I could not recommend Joe more highly. First, my qualifications. I have worked in the building trades and spent the last last 17 years of my working life in facility management and construction quality control and contracting. I solicited three bids of which two were large local companies. Of the two larger companies, one never bothered to go on my roof, but included replacement of decking in the proposal; because from the ground, he could see that, "Decking needed to be replaced." The other larger company did walk my roof, and included replacement of decking because, he, "knew there was a fair amount to be replaced." I've walked a number of roofs, commercial and residential, and in my younger days reroofed personal properties. Having walked my own roof, I didn't feel any soft spots, and knew something could be hidden, but didn't think it would be much. When I received an estimate from Joe, he walked the roof, making a more careful assessment than the other companies, and came to the same conclusion I did, and in the end, no decking needed to be replaced. I immediately felt confidence in Joe; he was straightforward in his assessment, and left an estimate before leaving. Joe has worked in the industry his entire life and is honest, knowledgeable, and professional. When providing the estimate, he also gave a tutorial on how not to get ripped off, should I decide to go with someone else. Joe and his crew showed up promptly each morning, did the job quickly and professionally, and left the property neat as a pin. His bid was at least $2k under the nearest competitor, using the same materials offered by the larger two companies. My home will be 100 years old next year, and from my experience, I believed my historic home would be better served by Joe, and am confident that it was.

  Hired Roofing by Joe to redo the roof on our house. They did a FANTASTIC job and they were also one of the most reasonably priced bids we received. It took them approximately 7 days start to finish and it looks great. They also did not leave any mess behind and cleaned up everything very nicely. Can't recommend them highly enough!!!

  I contacted Roofing by Joe to have them come look at our roof because we were experiencing some leaking. Lori quickly, within 24 hours, responded and scheduled Joe to come out to take a look and give us a quote. Joe thrilled us by saying that we had a few nails pop and he could fix them right there and then. Unfortunately he also let us know that our roof was starting to deteriorate and offered us 2 alternatives - Roof Regeneration for $5200 or a new roof for approximately $20K and an additional $10K to remove and reinstall our solar panels. After doing some research we choose the Roof Regeneration. Our house is about 2100 sq ft with some pitches) This product is organic based and sprayed on the roof after they cleaned the roof, the gutters, and fixed any popped nails. It took just over an hour and looks like a brand new roof. The product has a five year guarantee and should bring us at least anther 10 years before we need to consider a new roof. Roofing by Joe was responsive, responsible, encouraged us to do our research, and did not try to upsell us. They were able to do the service within a week of us agreeing and could have done it sooner but we were having some landscaping down so they worked around them. If you need roofing done reach out to Roofing by Joe! You will not regret the call.

  Very honest and thorough. Roof was large and took more than one day. Joe thoroughly cleaned all areas after each visit. Would recommend.
