  I wasn’t even thinking about my roof the day Cooper knocked on my door, but I’m so glad he did. From the moment we started talking, it was clear he was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely there to help, not just make a sale. He walked me through the condition of my roof, explained my options in plain language, and answered every question without any pressure. Cooper’s friendly attitude and clear communication made the whole process simple and stress free.   Had called another roofing company to come and quote a repair and the inspector was unable to find cause of leak after inspecting for close to an hour. The inspector at Roof Royale was able to find the cause of leak within 10 minutes and also inspected the entire roof. They were honest about the condition of our roof and did not try to sell us a new one. We are now set up on their roof repair membership and could not be happier with the service provided.

  I have never been so happy about a decision to use a certain company than I have with Roof Royale. The entire process from beginning to end was smooth and professional. This is a veteran and family owned business that lives locally so they are not one of those storm chaser companies. I always do my research before I use any contractor and Roof Royale has nothing but 5 star reviews and an A+ Better Business Bureau rating. Tony and Jessica make an amazing team and were quick to respond to every question and request I had. Tony made sure to be here when the inspector came out and they worked with the adjustor to make sure we got everything we needed. They even handled the gutter and window screen replacement. They were careful to protect the landscaping and left the job exactly as they found it. Jessica went over the entire yard and driveway with the magnetic tool looking for nails and staples as if she were mining for gold. They also took good care of their crew and came back often to check on progress. They didn't finalize the job and take the check until they made sure we were completely satisfied with the job. Roof Royale is just the real deal and Tony and Jessica are just wonderful human beings. Trust me, you'll be glad you chose them.
