Had what I needed, did what I needed. Great customer service experience. I'll go back.

Highly recommend. Would definitely go there again for any jewelry needs. My husband and I purchased wedding bands there today and they sized my wedding band plus another ring I had in less than 2 hours I was able to come pick up both. I absolutely love my ring and they even cleaned my old one. Super nice people. ( And my bill was around 600 for all of it.)

Horrible customer service I went there to get my chain fix and a week later I got it back and not even a hour it broke and when I we back to tell them about it they try to charge me again. They’re a scam and they’re also extremely rude about it. Like why pay you guys if you didn’t even fix it. Horrible service I won’t even go there again

I went in for a jewelry repair, and while I was there, I was informed that I could sell one of my pieces. I decided to think about it. When I returned to pick up the piece that was fixed. The other piece that I was going to sell, I was told, was fake. So I went to the original place of purchase come to find out it was not fake, which I already knew. I think the young man just did not want to do business with me, and I'm not sure why. His colleague told me the day before that the same piece, he said was fake was worth money and was real but then when I went back a different clerk told me that it had no value because it was fake.
