Roof Dancers is located in Flagstaff, Arizona. We sell and service all things that concern hearth products: chimneys, stoves, fireplaces, wood, gas, pellet and we do roof repairs, too! Our stove lines include Hearthstone, Breckwell, Kuma, Pacific Energy and Blaze King, the stove that burned 62 hours on one load of EPA test fuel. We also clean dryer vents. We install our hearth products and we're licensed to run gas and electricity to our units. We repair and reline chimneys on the inside and we do outside chimney repairs, as well. For decades, we’ve relied on Roof Dancers to clean and maintain our stove and chimney. Everyone from Roof Dancers who has come to our house has been friendly, professional, and careful to protect our home. David, the owner, is terrific and often comes himself. Couldn’t recommend them more!

When I emailed them to schedule an appointment (I'm Deaf so this is easier for me to correspond), their responses was merely only 1 word at a time, not very thorough, and such a waste of time/energy. After emailing back and forth to solidly set a day and time, which had taken more than couple of days, we finally agreed. The appointment was schedule a month prior as I have a very hectic schedule and I worked around this to make it happen. The day before the scheduled appointment, I was asked to reschedule. At a last minute notice?! With no explanation why? They made no efforts to ease my frustrations and very inconsiderate that we have to work around them when we are paying them to do the job for us?! On the day of the scheduled appointment (third time!), they made no show and there were no efforts to communicate with us. They are blacklisted!

Had an appliance company out and no problem with dryer, but vent was clogged. Levi was on the roof and in the laundry room and removed a lot of debris! Very scary as that is a serious fire hazard!
