  First I would like to thank Louisa Kamara for her time and patience, she explain and set us up perfectly and I appreciate her kindness and professionalism. She guided us through the whole process and helped us find a home. Also a big thanks to Rollins Park for giving us this opportunity to be residents and can't wait to be apart of this community.   The Rollins Park Apartments have incredibly loud, crunching floors. You can literally hear everything from your neighbors. The management shows no concern for residents’ suffering. I first reported the unbearable noise from the upstairs unit in July, and it’s still just as bad. You can’t enjoy a quiet weekend because the floors suddenly and continuously creak. It’s impossible to get a full night’s sleep — the noise often wakes you up at 1 a.m., 3 a.m., 6 a.m., and even more almost every night. We have to crowd into the guest bedroom because the master bedroom is inhabitable. But the guest bedroom is bad as well. I have wasted lots of times and efforts to communicate with the management but the problem is still there. Horrible horrible loud noise. On top of the management’s ignorance, lots of cars have been broken into over the years I’ve lived here, including mine. Even thieves seem to know this place is poorly managed, which is probably why they keep coming back. I give this apartment 0 recommendation. If you want peace and rest instead of constant irritation from terrible noise and insecurity, do not move here. If you are also suffering because of the ignorance of the poor management, reach out. Let's defend our benefits together.

  I had the good fortune of working with Louisa!!!! And it was truly an excellent experience. She was incredibly patient with me and always willing to show me different options until I found the perfect apartment. Her energy is so pleasant and positive, which made the whole process much easier and more enjoyable. I’m very grateful for her dedication and support—thanks to her, I found a place that truly fits my needs. I highly recommend her!

  My experience here so far has been nothing short of amazing. The apartment is very clean, quiet, and serene, which makes it easy to feel at home right away. I really appreciate the quick access to key parts of the community. It is especially convenient for someone like me who just moved to the city and the state. I have already met some fantastic neighbors who are kind and respectful. Overall, it has been a great start, and I am glad I chose this community.
