Claire the owner was amazing! The helmets were very nice and comfortable. The bikes were very nice. We had the best time on the trails. Would highly recommend this company!

Great company and super fun ride. It was easy to book online and they had bikes that were functional and easy to use. Two hours was a perfect amount of time to wander the river trail & up the big hill to the campus for a great view of the town.

We were planning to rent bikes on Aug 30. We had rented from Roll before and had a good expreience but when we went to pick up the bikes the woman working there was extremely rude. She was snotty from the minute we got there and then their online waiver was not working for 2 of the 3 people in our group. She was extremely rude about the whole thing. I understand that a waiver is required but she was not offering solutions to the problem and instead was insulting us even after she took my phone, went through the waiver, and couldn't get it to work. We ended up walking out even though we had to pay for the bikes for the day due to the cancellation policy. We went to Pedal the Peaks and had amazing service and their bikes are $30 a day less. I will definitely be taking my business there from now on.
