  I love my new submariner, but now I see why it is easy to hate Rolex. I brought in a vintage Rolex that my dad wore in the war (Korea). I works fine, but seems stiff at the crown. They would not even look at it because they don't make parts for watches more the 30 years old. Fair enough, but not even look at it?! Super pompous staff was the bonus. I've purchased new down the street at Vacheron Constantin, JLC and Brequet, all with great staff. Do yourself a favor and be original. Anyone want a good deal on a new sub? I'm buying a Fifty Fathoms. Don't feel like having that name on my wrist.

  Excellent service, great employees (especially Mathilde and Lisa). I always bring my Rolexes here to be serviced. Place is quite huge and always clean. There are chairs and sofas for you to relax while waiting for the estimate and so on.
