  Visited Rolex Vancouver on 16 September and was assisted by Tony Chen. I came to see the Datejust 41 with the slate “Wimbledon” dial. Tony listened first, then explained sizing, bezel and bracelet choices with clear, no-pressure guidance. The boutique felt very welcoming and availability was explained honestly and clearly. I am a local client and ready to purchase at retail. Tony has my contact details. Preferences on file, in order: 1) Datejust 41, slate “Wimbledon” dial, white Rolesor (oystersteel with white-gold fluted bezel), Jubilee bracelet preferred, open to Oyster. 2) Datejust 41, slate “Wimbledon” dial, yellow Rolesor (oystersteel and yellow gold), fluted bezel, Jubilee. 3) Datejust 41, champagne dial, yellow Rolesor, fluted bezel, Jubilee. I can come in on short notice and this will be a daily wearer. Highly recommend Tony for his professionalism, product knowledge, and service.

  Big thanks to Winnie at Global Watch Company for helping me secure an Explorer II Polar. She was patient, professional, and clearly knows her stuff when it comes to Rolex.   My girlfriend and I visited the Rolex store about two weeks ago looking for a pair of Datejusts. Even though the exact models we wanted weren’t available, Tony Chen went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. He took the time to let us try on different sizes and styles so we could get a better sense of what would suit us best. Tony was extremely welcoming, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the visit, and he assured us he’d notify us once the models we’re looking for arrive. His professionalism and warm attitude made the whole experience feel special—we truly appreciated his service and look forward to working with him again.

  I have been an avid Rolex collector for over 30 years(Vintage, neo, vintage, and Modern) I decided to have a look at any availability of stainless steel Watches at Global. Unfortunately, they did not,and Lalin offered me several gold pieces which I graciously turned down.Lalin did add me to their wish list for a Sub date and an OP 41 in green. Lalin was professional , knowledgable and very helpful in explaining the current Rolex shortage. Peter Wong
