  The new Rolex Boutique in Lenox Square Mall is not only beautiful, but their staff (and security) are very nice and personable. Katania was a consummate professional and pleasure to do business with. It is a waiting game with Rolex, so even though they look fully stocked, for the most part they only show "for display only" models. So depending on the model you want, it could be years, but it's extremely exciting to "get the call". I can't wait for my next watch!

  My family and i had a spectacular experience with Haylee. We couldn’t have been more pleased with her kindness, her patience and the time to show us different options. Myself, decided on the Oyster Perpetual 41 in the Pistachio with the help of my wife and our 10 yr old daughter.
