  I had an incredible experience purchasing first my Rolex Black Submariner Date. From start to finish, my AD, Christina Wong was outstanding. She made the entire process smooth, professional, and truly enjoyable. Christina took the time to walk me through the details, answered all my questions, and was very patient with me through the process to help me secure such a timeless piece. For me, owning a Rolex is more than just having a watch; it's about owning a piece of history and engineering. And the GMT Master || lives up to its legendary reputation. The meticulous craftsmanship and the heritage make it an unquestionably masterpiece. I highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates fine watchmaking. This was possibly thanks in large part to the fantastic staff at the Rolex boutique at South Coast Plaza. The team there was fantastic. I got the opportunity to meet some amazing people that share the same passion for watches as I do. I was always treated with professionalism and genuine kindness. Over the times I visited, I got to meet some great people like Juan, Edward and Ali, but I have to give special thanks to Kathy Pham, who made my dream come true. She guided me through the purchasing process. The human element of the sale made all the difference. Her attention to detail, from preparing the watch to making sure the papers were in order, was flawless. She made a significant purchase feel like a genuine celebration. I can't thank the team at the Rolex boutique at South Coast Plaza enough. They've earned a customer for life, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a Rolex.   The buying experience here was great. While the watches are very hard to get, Christina Wong worked with us and was extremely helpful through the process. She advised which watches were more obtainable than others along the way and continued to keep us in the loop on our journey. She was patient and kind with us and we were patient with her and it worked out very well. We couldn’t be more happy!!! Thank you Christina and Bucherer!!

  Im a huge watch enthusiast with a decent size collection. I stopped in today excited to start my relationship with the AD, get my registry established etc. Left not even wanting to go back ever again. Ive bought multiple CPO Rolexs and other models from their sister store Bucherer in the same mall and have excellent relationships with the SAs there. Walked in and the lady that approached us (dont even know her name because she didnt even introduce herself or ask my name) clearly looked my gf and I up and down like she was sizing us up. Im 24 so I could already tell she already didnt take us seriously, mind you I wore my Explorer II into the store. I told her I was excited to start my relationship with the store, gave her the few watches Im interested in while recieving one word answers the whole time, however she made sure I knew basically that Id never get the watches I was inquiring about. She never offered to have me try on a piece or provide any details just stared at her phone the whole time while registering me. After she finished she just said “ok your registered” and basically showed us the door. In comparison I walked into Vacheron Constantin and A Lange Sohne the same day and had an amazing experience, they gave me history lessons about the brand showed me some cool pieces and we had some great conversations about the watches. Just super disappointed to be clearly judged based on age at the Rolex boutique. Wont be returning and will take my money elsewhere (clearly not like they need it anyways).
