  It was such an incredible experience searching for a watch for my dad, and Nini made it even more special with her expertise and hospitality. When I first visited the store a month ago, she warmly greeted me and carefully noted down the watch we were hoping for. Fast forward to this week, she secured the exact piece my dad was looking for. The whole experience was nothing short of amazing, and I can’t wait to gift the watch to him. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future to add some beautiful pieces to my own collection.

  It was my first time shopping here at this store for a Rolex day date AKA the presidential Rolex, and I thought I wasn’t going to get this watch anytime soon especially having no purchase history with the store. Well, they surprised me when they told me a month after I got on the waiting list that they have the rare onyx dial 40mm presidential Rolex waiting for me. I was blown away, you have a better chance at winning powerball than getting this watch brand new from a dealer. I look forward to building a buyer relationship with them, and I must say the experience of purchasing with them was incredible, their store is more beautiful than all the other Rolex stores I’ve seen.   I had such a wonderful experience at Kerns Rolex. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and completely taken care of. The service was so warm, personable, and genuine—it truly felt like a special occasion without mention. Rachel was absolutely amazing, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable regarding the horological history of the brand and various time pieces which my wife and I both appreciated. It wasn’t just about purchasing a timepiece I have been aspiring to procure; it was also about the experience to commemorate the milestone I was celebrating, and Rachel made it unforgettable. I cannot recommend Rachel and the team enough to anyone looking for a truly exceptional shopping experience.

  What an amazing experience from entering the store to the tailored watch viewing with Rachel. We came in pretty confident with which watches we both wanted. Rachel took the time to explain each watch in detail and assure our decisions. What we didn’t expect was to be walking out with our dream watch’s when everything we were told and read in forums said 6 month to 1 year wait times on average. This will be our Rolex store for future purchases. We had gone to a few authorized dealers in the area and weren’t really happy with our experiences they would show you the Rolex’s then like used car salesmen try to push you towards different brands to sell today. This was our first stop in at a boutique and it was a night and day difference. If you are looking for a Rolex this is the store you want to visit. Make sure to make an appointment for the day you want to stop in. They ensure to tailor the experience to you and to ensure you have the best expierence they only let in people or groups to the amount of associates they have. If you live in the Bay Area this is the Rolex store for you, go see Rachel.
