  Victor was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when we purchased our 4-piece kitchen appliance set. I also was assisted by Eric with questions regarding the rebates when Victor was off work. Everyone I spoke to or chatted with could not do enough to assist me. We purchased our last 4-piece appliance set from Roger’s so it was a no-brainer to go back to them. Thank you to everyone at Roger’s Appliances but especially Victor Bary.

  2nd time I bought an appliance here. Recently bought a new refrigerator bottom drawer freezer. Happy with sales staff as they showed me the fridge's features in-person. They answered my questions. The delivery guys were also great and conscientious. Happy to buy local!

  I went to Roger's Appliances after a box store and was actually surprised to get what I needed at a comparable price. But better than the price, was the service I received. My salesman, Victor, took great care of me, helping me find exactly what I wanted and needed for two hours the first time. There was no pressure to buy something other than what I wanted. I bought three large kitchen appliances and am very satisfied. My installer mistakenly broke part of my countertop front and Roger's, within just a couple of hours after the installer reported it to them, had a counter repairman reach out to me to get it fixed, which was completed the following week. When my fridge was installed, there was a very small issue, and instead of brushing me off, they called in a GE guy to come to the house to check it out. I am exceptionally pleased with the customer service I received from Roger's. 100% the reason to go to the "little guy" instead of the box store. You should go to them for your appliances. They're the right choice.
