If they need to drive like that due to time constraints between jobs you need to reevaluate your company. Aggressive driving does not represent your brand well. “Nice people…great service” yeah right.

- VHValerie HardingOct 8, 20251.0We purchased the mini-splits for heat and AC for just over $50K and they installed them but then they stopped working after 8 months. We emailed the service people and the installer. We couldn't get anyone to come out for weeks. Then we finally got someone who said it was a fluke thing and fixed it. Again about 4 and a half months later, they stopped working again. At this point, it had been over the year and charged us $149 to come out. The whole experience of calling and emailing over and over again has been awful and super frustrating. We feel like we have no recourse and now once again, under 2 years, our mini-splits aren't working again. We are dreading what is to come in terms of getting our mini-splits working properly. We know they told us it was a fluke but it's pretty quickly becoming the norm. :-(
