  Went to rode law firm for a worker comp case . They referred me case to another attorney. I was not happy with this attorney! I fired him after a few weeks of him doing absolutely nothing . Never communicated . Tried over talking me .never explained nothing to me . People don't have time to wait around for things to get done . Never had to use an attorney for anything until now . Very disappointed in this referral. I'll never use this firm again . Don't understand why they took my info at rode just to hand it over to this shady guy !

  I was stopped behind traffic at a red light when a lady in an SUV crashed into me. The lady who hit me said that I was the one at fault, that I had swerved, and that was why she hit me. My son told me to call the Rode Law Firm. I met with Attorney Nathan and he was very helpful. Nathan got pictures showing how the collision occurred and sent them to the lady’s insurance company, but the lady insisted it was not her fault and her insurance company even sent a field adjuster out to inspect my vehicle. Nathan proved the Lady was at fault (not me) and got me top dollar for the total loss of my vehicle. After I finished treatment for my neck and back injuries, attorneys Rode and Nathan got me the maximum settlements from both insurance companies, one from the lady’s insurance company and one from the underinsured motorist carrier. Everything was handled in an efficient and timely manner, and I was provided exceptional service. When I met with attorney Rode to sign the final paperwork, I cried happy tears because of the sizeable confidential settlements I received. I am so glad that I called Rode Law Firm.
