  DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP. The absolute worst customer service I’ve experienced. I was extremely cordial when asking for their assistance in shipping a firearm that I purchased from them, back to the manufacturer for a defect. The manager Mike acted like I was putting them out and it was a huge hassle, even bad mouthing me to the firearm manufacturer customer service agent for even asking to ship through them instead of to my home (I’m military and often away from home, so didn’t want it shipped back to my residence). While waiting for paperwork to be done, I offered a suggestion to another customer who was asking about a gun for his wife who had grip strength issues. Then I got a sarcastic comment from a different employee for even offering a suggestion because that’s “where he was going anyway”, as he glared at me. I’ve spent about $1K in this store, and tried to give it a chance…but the disrespect is wild. Don’t believe me, keep reading the countless 1 star reviews on this place. Update 29 Oct 25: Mike called me back telling me I’m “entitled” and didn’t like my review, so he’s not shipping the gun I bought from their shop back to the manufacturer. So I need to pick it up and “figure it out”. 🤣 People talk Mike. It’s a business, and you’re doing it wrong. Final Update 29 Oct 25: Hats off to Frontier Arms & Supply in Cheyenne. 🫡 😁They are handling the repair ticket for the firearm and cleaning up the mess Rocky Mountain left me with. I’ll be referring all my friends & coworkers to Frontier from now on, SO impressed! Very professional, knowledgeable and courteous.

  Very friendly gentleman helped me with ar15 magazines and defensive ammunition over heard he is a gulf War veteran. Thank you for your service sir.
