  Paid for a car wash, all good except some of the features were not working Went around to the vacuum station vacuumed the truck. Got a bottle freshener and tire shine started to spray my truck. Tenant came flying out of the little stand grabbed the two bottles of the top of my truck. Ask if I was a member. I told him that I had been but was not one anymore. He said then he was taking the bottles back and wanted the towels that I had in my hand loudly proclaiming that these are for members only I ask him if he realized there are some five or six car wash competitors within less than 2 miles he shrugged and walked off I will be using his competitors from now on

  Don’t come to this car wash unless you expect to be berated and overpay. I asked for a basic wash however the car wash attendant kept on pressuring me to purchase a membership even after I clearly said I didn’t want it. The pressuring sales tactic, high prices, and shady business I would advise everyone to stay far away

  Not sure what is going on with this place. I don’t wash my car often enough to get a membership and it seems like a fight with the attendant every time I deny the membership option. Now they say you can’t vacuum or use sprays if you’re not a member?! Give me a break. I paid $13.99, I think I should be able to use your vacuums. Will definitely be going elsewhere from now on.

  Fantastic first time visit at Rocket! Leia at the pay station and parking lot was polite, engaging and very knowledgeable of the wash packages and benefits. I had no idea there were so many “extras” I could use after the wash. The wash itself was smooth and did a great job getting my car clean. Well done Rocket crew and Leia!
