  I took the 47 hr armed guard course with Joseph laiosa and it was great! He’s an awesome instructor, kept it fun and always made sure we got the training we wanted to get out of each day even if it meant standing in the rain for hours running drills until we were satisfied. He’s a very knowledgeable guy and always had the answers to our questions and explained the laws in a very digestible manner. If you’re looking to get your armed guard license, this is the place to take the course. He’s going to make sure you leave prepared for all aspects of the job.

  I will never go anywhere else for training. I took my pistol permit class with them and then once I did my permit I did a fitting and will go back for training when I purchase a pistol. The instructors are knowledgeable and understanding for someone who is a true beginner. I will take a basics of pistols and concealed carry with them when I can too! I appreciate all of their support and work!

  Mike and Wendy did an awesome job in our classroom instructions. Then in our firearm training Matt and Wendy made learning the art of proper grip, how to load an magazine and the correct range etiquette, with the whole class yelling “down range” when we’re handling our targets. I look forward to more training classes in the future. Awesome classroom, training facilities and professional staff. Sam W.

  Went here for the required 18 hour pistol permit course. Was expecting it to be very boring and just reading brain melting penal law. Mike the instructor turned the class into a light hearted and very knowledgeable use of our time. Lots of jokes mixed in with very clearly real world knowledge on all things related to this manner. By the end of class we all really felt like we knew each other and it went by so much faster than you'd expect it to. Cant recommend them enough and I plan on going back for refreshers and other things down the road. If you're new to guns or personal defense in general I know it can seem a little scary not knowing what to expect but these guys are extremely down to earth and make learning the stuff super easy.

  Overall amazing experience. This is NOT the 18 hour class you are going to struggle to stay awake in. Instructors are amazing at keeping everyone involved and focused. Very informative in the aspect of who, when, where, how, and why you should or shouldn't use certain types of force. I would recommend this class to anyone and everyone. Even if you already have your concealed carry permit, i would still recommend some of these classes!
