  Buyer beware! I purchased a sofa in July. I had to sign an agreement that said that I would have to pay half the purchase price for cancellation. You have to sign it. The reason given because they don’t want to be left with a special order that is made out of the country and then shipped. The sofa I ordered was in stock, no special order color or fabric and in the US. Delivery was never set up. I requested a refund and they are holding firm on the written paper. I did sign it, but the reason it was put in place was not relevant. I am disappointed in the money grab. Roche Bobois should have done the right thing. Instead, they show their greed.

  100% the best furniture ever purchased. We love artwork and my Mah Jong piece from Roche Bobois is the centerpiece of my home. The colors of this sofa radiates color, light, and dimension to the room. I’m honored to own such a piece of art. Benoit and his staff were fabulous. They were there to please you and they delivered. Thank you!

  What a journey it’s been with how delayed our furniture was, we worked a lady named a Molly who helped us find our pieces, then after six months we decided to circle back up on our order and she was fired. Which left us wondering who would be helping us… We are still waiting on a rug that we ordered back in June. With the amount of money we spent, I’m so disappointed on the service. If you are not in a rush and feel like spending $$ while trying to track down your own furniture after 6-9 months go by then this is place for you. The Show Room manager Benoit was not helpful. Another gem in Cherry Creek.

  Josh was great when picking out the bubble bed we ordered. The following is not a reflection of his assistance. Expectations were set. We waited 6 months for the bed then the nightmare started just trying to get it to our house. The “white glove” delivery service is a joke but they charge you a fortune for it. The parameters set were onerous but followed then, without reason, delivery was delayed after being confirmed for several weeks. The times provided by Roche Bobois’ chosen delivery company are essentially non-negotiable. However that doesn’t apply to them. Having to rearrange vacations to ensure we could make the delivery date that was abruptly changed cost us more money than we originally paid, again, without explanation. Trying to get information from Blue Truck or Roche has been spotty at best. I was told to talk to Benoit (manager) by the Roche logistics team and, after two weeks and several calls/emails still have heard nothing. I loathe writing bad reviews. But, a company that wants to set itself apart as a premiere company should do better. I am absolutely beyond frustrated and have contemplated being just petty enough to rent billboards near their brick and mortar stores with buyer beware signs.
