Considering the amount of time I spent in the store sitting on the sofa, trying it out…it just felt weird and awkward that they never even acknowledged me. It was disappointing to be wanting to visit an actual store and then to be treated so rudely. Beautiful furniture but underwhelming, uninterested staff.
