We made the order in June 30th at Dallas store - we still do not know when the bed will be produced let alone when will arrive. Management is unprofessional. Promis to come back with a date and update on the production. We have not heard back from her. Her name is Naila. We went to a big name to have a good product and a good service - it has been a nightmare.
