Recently, Luisa Ho has been our contact. She has always gone 'above and beyond' to help us in person and on line, helping us find interesting and tasteful additions to our decorative needs. We have just taken delivery (at out home in Edmonton) of a large lamp which required fairly complex assembly. The RB delivery representatives, Jose Chong and Harold Castillo, were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Roche Bobois - a great team effort!

The sales woman who answered was very knowledgeable, and helped me track down an artist who's art was featured, even though the don't carry the work shown.
