  I’m writing a review so people know that some of the employees here are immature and disrespectful. Me and my fiancé went to this location for our first time and we ordered some tacos, wings, some sweet plantains, and some drinks and everything was okay intill the tacos came out COLD. So we informed Savannah our server for the evening and even asked her if they were supposed to come out cold and she said no. She brought them back and had them put in an order for new tacos and so disappointed they were COLD too. We were fine and told her we didn’t want them any more since it happened a second time. Mind you this never happened to us before. I hope people understand this part well that after that there were TWO Employees that literally we saw pointing at us and basically mocking us and they thought it was funny. Now this level of disrespect is unacceptable and me and my wife being a lesbian couple and it being two male employees that were pointing and laughing was so DISRESPECTFUL, Unacceptable, Disgusting Behavior, and should NEVER BE ALLOWED TO HAPPEN ANYWHERE. We were celebrating our anniversary just a little something to just enjoy our evening and for Two immature employees to think pointing and mocking us was such disgusting behavior. I hope management does something about the two guys like they said because no one should go to any restaurant and feel disrespected in any way. We didn’t even care about the COLD TACOS we were just going to leave and leave it like that but that was not okay what those TWO GUYS did. I hope lesbians couples read this and I hope other people read this so they know to beware of these two immature guys. They both looked Hispanic and one had curly black hair with a mustache and the other one had black hair also and shorter hair. They wouldn’t give me there names but manger Jose and a corporate associate Gunther said they will be taking care of both of the guys after watching the cameras to verify who the exact guys were. For that I am thankful for and I hope that those two guys learn a big lesson on how there behavior can impact peoples experience. They should be fired on the spot because they shouldn’t be disrespectful to anyone. I can only imagine how these two guys are outside of work. I don’t like drama and I don’t like to get into things like this but this was beyond disgusting and disrespectful. Just think twice before going here. NEVER ever have I ever had an EXPERIENCE like this anywhere I’ve ever been in my life so I’m just SAVING some people the MONEY, TIME, and ENERGY. Oh and we paid for what we ordered the items that weren’t cold so people know that we aren’t lying about this experience. I didn’t want complementary anything I just wanted to have a wonderful anniversary spent with my fiancé. I posted the receipt so everyone can see we paid for the rest of the food that I didn’t do this for no drama, but only God knows why. God is good so he only knows why this all had to happen.

  We were here on a Monday night. The hostess and waitress were not very friendly, and the service was slow. This was disappointing because I have had better service at this restaurant before, and it was not very busy. The food was delicious! Recommend the table side guacamole, although the “medium” was not very spicy at all. The taco salad and chicken tacos were also very good. House margarita was okay.

  We had such a great dining experience thanks to our waitress, Emily M. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Her genuine friendliness and attention to detail made us feel truly cared for, and she added such a warm, personal touch to our meal. Exceptional service like hers makes all the difference…she made our night genuinely enjoyable!

  I had plenty of time to spare when I visited, but the service was surprisingly slow. The guacamole took a really long time to come out, and just a few minutes later our meals arrived, which made it feel rushed and poorly timed. The enchiladas were mediocre at best, and the carne asada taco had meat chunks so large it was basically like eating a steak stuffed into a tortilla. Overall, not the quality or experience I expected.

  I took my son there last night for his birthday dinner- tuesday night- not busy. The hostess didn't smile and barely greeted us- sat us at the worst table in the place - in an aisle by the kitchen window with the busboys that use the area for plates, water etc- we asked to move to a table next to it in order to still be in the servers area- ordered the guacamole- the folks that sat at our original table, behind us, ordered after us, got their guacamole first. The guy who made the guacamole left. We were like wth? Asked the busboy that passed if we would be receiving our guacamole. The server never came back to check on us. We were starving! Finally the server came over and acknowledged there was a mixup and that the table next to us received our order of guacamole and apologized, albeit insincerely. The server was not attentive. Received the bill- the guacamole was on the bill and there was a button that defaulted to 22%- really? The guacamole should have been taken off the bill and she is lucky she rec’d 20%. Was not impressed with the host and wait staff- the busboys were more helpful than our server. Will not go back and will not recommend.
