  Manager on 10/16/25 @ 6:00pm is just rude and doesn't listen! My sister ended up in tears and I, obviously left the call with "a bad taste in my mouth". They use Uber, when placing an order, Uber changed our address. We called Rocco's to ask them to let the Uber driver know the correct address because we couldn't do it through the Uber app. They said " we don't deliver, Uber does". We explained again, and again we were told they don't deliver. 3rd time explaining, they said to update it on the app. Again we told them the app wouldn't let us update. They then said to call Uber. I asked if they might have the number, he answered they didn't with quite the attitude! We love Rocco's, their food is great. Unfortunately, the manager when the owners are out of town is nasty and should not be in a customer service position!!! WHY couldn't they just put a quick note for Uber instead of causing such a bad experience for us!!!!!!!!!

  Burnt dinner so i ordered pizza. Been trying to find a good Italian pizza not dominos cookie cutter stuff. This place seemed perfect. I walked in I was greeted. Then showed me the pie. I was like wow they are showing me the pie they are proud of it. Im not sure if i was a little late but tue pizza was not crispy. Thin yes crispy no. I toasted it at home made ut perfect. Thats my only complaint. I will go there again and see if thats how they do it. I would definitely suggest to them to cook it a bit longer Otherwise delicious

  Iana was our bartender and made it a fun time. We will be back for the limoncello. Really good pizza! Heavy toppings, light crust, berry flavorful. My wife loved the meatballs.

  Just found this little gem. Just opened this year. They have entertainment 5 days a week. They have swing dancing starting at 9 on saturdays. The food was great. We had delicious pizza, fabulous meatballs the size of baseballs and a great Caesar salad. Our bartender, Asia, was the best! There’s lot of bartenders but she’s one of the best-extremely personable, attentive and experienced. Check this place out. Very pleased.

  PSA: Employees have reported alleged sexual assault by a manager. The owner was informed and I’m not aware of any corrective action. Prospective employees should be cautious. What I can confirm based on my own personal experience dining at Rocco’s is that the manager pressures female staff to drink on the job. I personally witnessed this. UPDATE: The alleged victim of these allegations has been fired. Is this to cover up what really happened? We may never know. Legal action is being taken. It has been reported by staff that the investigation interviews that took place regarding this incident left the staff feeling like the owner didn’t believe their testimonies that supported the alleged claims. Another staff member has alleged that they were bribed by the manager to keep quiet about the situation and deny having any knowledge of the situation. #metoo The environment was great, the chicken Alfredo was delicious- probably in my top 3 list. What knocks my review down to 3 stars was the cold bread. With such a nice aesthetic and live music I was expecting a premium experience. The bread did not give me that experience. However the server volunteered to warm the bread for us which is the reason why I gave this place 4 stars instead of 3. We ordered wine and received less than half a glass which felt like a waste of money. However The server was absolutely 10/10. We were helped by Jade and she was absolutely the biggest reason why we will be coming back. She was attentive, personable, and ready to help us with anything we needed. All in all it’s a nice place to dine. Everything in this review is strictly what I’ve witnessed or been informed of, none of it is confirmed to be factual. Only reason I am sharing this information is to make sure future employees are cautious and safe.
