We ordered pickup twice. The first time, we specifically mentioned in the notes “not spicy,” but it was so spicy that it was impossible to eat. The second time, it wasn’t spicy, but all the extra ingredients we selected and paid for were missing. Please be more attentive when preparing orders — one mistake can happen, but twice already feels like a pattern.

It really hurts for me to write this review. I’ve been to this restaurant plenty of times. Tonight was the worst experience I’ve had. We got seated pretty quickly. We ordered two appetizers and it took over 30 minutes for one of them to arrive. As we were waiting we didn’t receive any updates on our second order. We waited an additional hour and change for our ramen to come. When asked on the status of it, we were told “ I don’t know, 5 minutes probably” by one of the waiters. When our food finally arrived, one order was wrong. Ingredients that we chose to take out from the original recipe were still there. Also, many tables that arrived after us received there orders before we did. We tried to give the benefit of the doubt but I think they simply forgot about us.

Went here for my first time on Friday. Kind of pricy but staff greeted my friend & I warmly and was very polite. However, there’s NO meat on their oxtail it’s mostly fat. Waitress asked if I wanted more but cook took forever to make it and I needed up leaving. I’m not sure if I would go back but I did enjoy the boa oxtail

I was intrigued by the unique Jamaican-Japanese fusion concept, which initially drew me into the restaurant. Unfortunately, the overall experience left me disappointed. Ordering is done through a bar code system, which takes away from the traditional dining experience. The menu has potential, but the execution misses the fundamentals of Japanese ramen paired with a Jamaican twist. The dumplings did not taste freshly made, resembling frozen grocery-store dumplings. The ramen broth lacked depth, and the protein options seemed only lightly dusted with jerk or curry seasoning rather than being marinated or smoked to enhance flavor. The noodles also were not hand-pulled, which further detracted from authenticity. Additionally, the restaurant could benefit from more attention to cleanliness. Overall, while the concept is creative and shows promise, the execution needs significant refinement to truly deliver on both cuisines. Important note for customers: Be aware that your card is charged at the end of the night, and an automatic 20% tip was added without authorization—even though I had already left a cash tip. This was frustrating and needs to be addressed immediately.

Honestly I don’t know what happened to this place. I went years ago and everything was amazing from the food to the vibe. Now the ramen broth was salty, noodles were beyond gummy/inedible, chicken was really salty, drinks were watery. Also I don’t like that now you have to order on your phone individually and have to pay for your meal with the tip amount before your order is even placed. The waitress was nice but not very attentive. So all in all we were super disappointed with all of it, especially for the price.
