The ROC Las Vegas Bulk Plant facility has storage capacity of over 240,000 gallons. This storage is split between fuel, motor oils, hydraulic oils, transmission fluids, gear oils and industrial oils. Rebel’s warehouse has over 12,000 square feet of storage space for totes, drums, pails, cases and quarter drums. This facility allows ROC to repackage and store special order products. With a combined fleet of 9 trucks the Las Vegas Bulk Plant maintains the necessary fleet for prompt delivery to our customers. TOP Tier Marketer Phillips 66 Lubricants The Las Vegas Bulk Plant facility is recognized as a Phillips 66 TOP TIER Marketer. This distinction is only awarded to a select number of Phillips 66 Lubricant Marketers. Phillips 66 Lubricants have strict standards, requirements, and recommended best practices for handling, receiving, storing, loading, packaging, and delivering Conoco, Phillips 66, 76, and Kendall branded lubricants. The ROC Las Vegas Bulk Plant is located on Sahara and I-15 and includes cardlock pumps for gasoline, on and off-road diesel fuels, street legal on-road and high octane off-road racing fuels, kerosene, solvent and E85+ Racing Fuel. This location also has a loading rack for large commercial vehicles.
