Most recently, I brought in a paint chip from my door to have a custom color matched. Since the front and back of the chip were different shades, I mistakenly chose the wrong side, which resulted in a mismatch. When I returned to have it corrected, the team kindly matched the proper color and did not charge me anything extra, despite my insistence on paying for the adjustment since the mistake was entirely mine! Their customer service is outstanding, and I truly appreciate their professionalism and generosity. Thank you!
