  When you pay thousands of dollars for a furnace it's supposed to all function proper these men came in my house and hooked a furnace up to a non functioning pump they knew that when they hooked it up they told me to fix it I don't know how to fix it it should not have been hooked to something old broken and not even plugged in they offered no other option as I'm a women and they are men who are intimidating and know it all .. it's still broken so we paid thousand for a furnace we have to empty 2 times a day like we live in the 1920s go elsewhere I would never recommend this company exspeacially if you don't have a husband or someone to help you not be ripped off and manipulated

  Scheduling was easy and the technician was polite and knowledgeable. I was quoted an $89 diagnostic fee, which was fine. After diagnosing the issue, the tech told me the breaker inside the A/C unit needed to be replaced — a very simple part that costs around $40 and takes only a short amount of time to install. He did tell me the total price before doing the repair, but I was already a week out from getting the appointment and just needed my A/C fixed. My final bill ended up being $410, which is extremely high for such a quick and straightforward repair. It’s clear they use flat-rate pricing that significantly inflates the cost of even minor jobs. While the tech himself was great, paying over $300 in labor for a basic breaker replacement feels unreasonable and far above what many companies charge for the same work. I’m sharing this so others know to expect very high flat-rate pricing and to compare repair costs before agreeing. The service was fine, but the value for the price was not. I will definitely be a better shopper next time my furnace or a/c needs work it was a first time for me.

  Used Robinaire Service Company for the first time for our annual furnace tune up. Never before have we had such a thorough inspection and servicing of our furnace. The technician Christian was knowledgeable and very respectful of our home. Would use them again. Very satisfied all around of the service we received.

  They’re very professional and helpful to check my furnace issue that it cannot turn on. They also did actual work to check my nest controller that it shows lost the power connection. They’re very nice and kind and also provide extra information to understand the furnace status.

  Overall it was a very good experience. The Salesman did a very good job explaining to us all our options rebates and pricing. The installers are polite and explained exactly what was gonna be done and took time to show me how it's gonna be done. They didn't leave a mess. We chatted a little bit when they were on their way out. Actually the whole experience was really quite Pleasant. It's only been a couple days but everything seems to work good. 👍
