  Grateful for the transportation. Quite frustrating to change busses. The driver /guide was personable & kind. I had a difficult time understanding her directions and thought she was confusing. Why were we not informed of a storage locker at the memorial?

  Our excellent and knowledgeable guide, Cousin Georgia, made this circle tour truly special. Her patience, professionalism, and care for the entire group were evident in every step of the journey. The tour itself was fantastic, offering a unique perspective of the island and leaving us with a deep appreciation for its beauty and culture. We will definitely recommend Georgia to our friends and family when they visit Oahu. Mahalo!

  Plan was to fly from SF to Oahu to meet my wife who was flying in from Tokyo.HAL canceled my flight and a rebooked HAL flight that was supposed to arrive at 10:45pm , due to creeping delays didn’t arrive until 1:25 am. My wife as well as my self had to call Roberts 3 times to rearrange pick up for me. The dispatcher was well aware of my situation, was very concerned and extremely helpful and reassuring that the late night dispatcher would be on duty to arrange pickup. Upon arrival, at the baggage claim, the dispatcher, in person, who was also well aware of our situation, greeted me, said, “Welcoming to Hawaii”, and presented me with a lei , shook my hand and walked me to my bus and handed me off to the driver. The dispatcher was well dressed , friendly, handsome and looked like Vic Damone. My wife cried and fell into my arms when we were finally reunited after a very long and frustrating day of traveling.The Roberts team showed that they cared and went the extra mile and displayed the true meaning of aloha no matter what the situation. It was one of the best welcomes I had ever experienced. Roberts is the flat out best transportation service on the islands and continues to excel at what they do best.   Excellent services. I used the Roberts hawaii travel desk at Ala Moana by Mantra. Emi Brown who was manning the desk at all times was extremely helpful and friendly and motivated us to try different Waikiki tours. The price is reasonable and value for money. Also the airport shuttle service was very helpful. Six star service !!!

  I truly enjoyed the Heavenly Hana excursion on Maui on 9/28/25 with Bjorn Erlandson. He was very informative and knowledgeable about not just the history and the locations we saw, but also the plants, trees and foliage on the island. He often gave background context related to some of the sites we stopped at. He has a great sense of humor as well! I liked having the maps he provided for each of us that highlighted the various sights he pointed out during the day, but he also circled all of our stops so we could see exactly where we were on the island at all times. It was a nice feature that I wished I had access to on the other excursions I took. The nicest aspect of Bjorn’s personality was his attentiveness to our wellbeing during the day. He was always asking if we were comfortable, often shared samples of local food products with us at various food stops, provided cold water as needed, had hand sanitizer/wipes/ paper towels at the ready for any “emergency”. And I was very grateful he allowed me to use his phone charger to recharge my phone when I was dealing with a rapidly dying phone battery towards the end of the tour. He was kind and gracious at all times. Of all of the Roberts Hawaii tour guides I encountered during my trip, Bjorn was by far my favorite!!
