When I called Roberts Air, they were very accomodating and worked with my schedule. I received an appointment reminder along with a text and phone call from Jonathan that he was on his way to the house. He quickly idenitifed the problem with both units and had us cooling in less than an hour with a minor maintenance repair. Highly recommend Roberts Air and Jonathan is a great asset to their team.
- MKMichele KoppmannSep 5, 20251.0Unfortunately, due to an improper install, (unit was not level, drain pan was not placed directly below the evaporator coil, the overflow switch was not wired properly, and the filter was damaged), our brand new $14K unit leaked. Because the air handler was in the house on the second floor, and this is a vacation property that is rarely used, the continual leak caused the ceiling drywall to cave in. While the Roberts Air LLC technician stated that this was a bad install by his team, the owner of the company was rude and indifferent to the damage and still charged a $173 technician fee for his tech to tell us that the install was bad. We knew that.
