  I scheduled an appointment for them to come out and look at a project. I was informed about the process on the phone and that an estimate would take 2 weeks from the visit to turn around. Robert visited my home and confirmed that I would receive in estimate in 2 weeks. After 2 weeks I called to inquire and was told the soonest I'd receive anything back would be in an... another 2 weeks. This was not only a waste of my time and energy, time in which I could have been pursuing estimates with other contractors, but it's also incredibly telling about the process and how they value their word when it comes to timing on deliverables. It's important to have a contractor that is honest on their timeline and meeting deadlines that they give you. Robert seemed like a nice guy but the lack of communication, honesty about timelines and disorganization is a massive red flag when it comes to a contractor. Just happy we figured this out before we were under construction!

  Robert and the team at RWC are great trade partners to work with. I own a specialty trade business and my team and I are always been impressed with RWC's organization, pre-planning on projects, and overall communication with their clients and subcontractors. This organization provides realistic timelines and budgets for customers. RWC's planning allows us to order materials quickly and be efficient with labor on site. This structure keeps us on schedule and on budget. We highly recommend RWC for all our your general contracting needs.

  RWC was professional, clean and efficient. We are thrilled with our new bathroom. Everyone was great to work with. Mike was amazing and answered all our questions. He was always here when he said he would be. I can't say enough great stuff about this company.
