  Attorney Sciglimpaglia handled the closing on the sale of my CT condo and he did a super job. My situation was a little different because I live in South Carolina and was not present in CT for the closing. Attorney Sciglimpaglia explained all the documents and information he needed from me and gave clear instructions. This was my 1st property sale so I asked a lot of questions. The actual closing went very smoothly and the proceeds were wired to my bank within hours. Lastly I appreciated the fact that he answered all my emails quickly even when they arrived off hours.
