I highly recommend this State Farm office. I had the most positive experience with Josette just moments ago. She is the manager at this office. I was in the market for renter’s insurance and needed it quickly. For starters, I found it so refreshing to talk to Josette ‘live.’ I dialed the phone number to Robert Erben’s State Farm office, and Josette answered the phone. In a world where pretty much 100% of phone calls are answered by an automated system, I am always taken back and so thrilled to speak to a human being! It is such a personal experience, and the communication and transactions are handled so much more smoothly and efficiently when you get to talk to a person directly. Josette was able to draft a renter’s insurance declaration while I remained on the phone with her, which was such a gift since tomorrow is the move-in date. I am so grateful to her and for the phenomenal Customer Service experience. I highly recommend this office to anyone in need of insurance and who appreciates fantastic customer service!
