  We came in today to find our engagement rings and we had a wonderful time with Badar. She was wonderful with taking her time with us and helped us pick out our forever rings. With over 15years of experience, her expertise comes into play! She’s a wonderful woman who cares a lot about her customers. Thank you to Badar and Chris for taking care of us!

  My wife needed her rings cut off and resized after her hands got swollen from a pregnancy, and everyone was so helpful. The customer service is second to none, and the warranty they offer is the best around.

  I’ve struggled with my fingers swelling and have had trouble getting my rings off. Chris was so helpful in gently cutting my rings off. He also polished my husband’s band quickly while we waited. Nasir was very helpful in helping me get my diamond replaced! Everyone was super nice and helpful. It’s been 10 years since we purchased here and we would (and have) recommend Robbins Bros. to friends!

  Robbins Brothers has been absolutely amazing to work with! My now fiancé and I worked with Kya to pick out my original ring. It was stunning and she was so wonderful to work with!! There was an issue with the ring not sitting right on my finger, causing pain. When I called to explain, Chris and Majorie, who are the managers were able to make things right with us. We tried a few different things, but nothing worked so we ended up getting a new setting. Kya was in contact with us after designing the new ring to give us updates on the status of the ring so we were never left wondering. I have the most beautiful ring and it was such a pleasure to work with each of them!

  I had the absolute pleasure of working with Dillon at Robbins Brothers, and I can’t recommend him enough! From the moment we walked in, Dillon made the whole experience fun, welcoming, and stress-free. His personality is so easygoing and upbeat that we immediately felt comfortable, like we were shopping with a friend rather than sitting through a sales pitch. What really stood out was his hospitality, he went out of his way to make sure we felt taken care of every step of the process. On top of that, Dillon is incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to teach us about different gems, explaining things in a way that was engaging and easy to understand. It wasn’t just about buying a ring, it was about learning and truly appreciating the beauty of what we were choosing. Most importantly, Dillon was amazing with helping my lovely lady widdle down her ring choices to that singularly special one. He listened carefully to her preferences and helped guide her through the decision process without any pressure. His patience and expertise made it possible for her to find the ring she loved the most, and the smile on her face said it all.
