We walked in with an idea and price range in mind, and Denisse completely got the vision and immediately showed me exactly what I described. In under an hour I was able to choose not just the engagement ring, but the band that went perfectly with it. She even added additional future bands to the profile so that my fiancé could eventually surprise me with an upgraded band. I got exactly what I pictured in a ring and the price was by far the best in Houston. Please take my word for it and visit the Galleria location and ask for Denisse. She is THE Girl’s Girl, will listen intently, and bring your ideas to life!

- JTJackie TranOct 5, 20251.0I purchased a nice watch from Robbins Brothers and was told it came with a manufacturer’s warranty. However, when I tried to set up the warranty, I discovered that the store needed to sign it for it to be valid. I called the store around 3 PM same day to get help, but was told they were “on lunch break” and would call me back — they never did. The next day, I called again, and the staff seemed confused about how to handle the situation. They promised to call back, but hours passed with no response. When we finally went into the store in person, we were told there was an “automatic 5-year warranty,” but they couldn’t provide any proof or documentation to support that claim. The person the helped us then told us to just scan the card that came with our watch, which we stated we did and we needed them to sign it as stated on the phone multiple times. They seemed very confused, and at this point we decided to just return the watch since we were being lead in circles for something as simple as warranty. For a company that advertises itself as being service-oriented, this was a frustrating and unprofessional experience. I expected much better communication and follow-through for something as simple as honoring a warranty.
