Christian was very nice and friendly. He is on point with everything and immediately noticed that my fiancé’s engagement ring needed to be steamed and offered to do it. The whole process was so smooth because of his great service.

Cristian made my life so much easier. I probably visited five other jewelry stores, before my mom took me to Robbins Brothers. He greated us right away, with a warm smile and really trying to figure out what I wanted. Honestly I didn't even know what I wanted. But he wasn't pushy or trying to show me me larger rings. After finding my settings and wedding bands, we started looking at centerpieces. He requested a couple of different shades of yellow diamonds. My fiancé was just as impressive by Cristian as I was. I later purchased my now husband's wedding band from him. He has stayed in contact with us through our whole engagement process. Cristian is honestly amazing at his job and overall a very nice guy.
