I’ve been with State Farm for over 10 years and never had an issue — until I moved states and switched to Robbie Anderson’s office about a year and a half ago. It has been an absolute nightmare ever since. The agents are rude, unhelpful, and regularly give conflicting or flat-out false information.
They’ve repeatedly messed up my policies, dropping important features like roadside assistance and rental car coverage without my knowledge. One person in the office will tell me I have coverage, and the next will say I don’t — it’s impossible to get a straight answer from anyone.
The last straw was when they set up my autopay—something I’ve had for over ten years without a single issue—and somehow managed to do it wrong. Because of their mistake, I went months without insurance and had no idea until someone from their office contacted me TWO MONTHS later. Absolutely unacceptable.
I would strongly recommend avoiding this office at all costs. Don’t trust what they tell you — double-check everything, or better yet, find a different agent.

SO I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THIS OFFICE IS REALLY HORRIBLE WHAT HAPPENED WAS WHEN MY RENEWAL DATE CAME APPARENTLY THEY SAID THAT THE CORPORATE OFFICE WONT GIVE ME INSURANCE WITH STATE FARM ANYMORE WHICH IS THE SAD PART THAT I PAID MY INSURANCE IN FULL AND THEY ARE SAYING ITS BECAUSE I FILED A COUPLE OF CLAIMS AND NOW THEY DONT WANT ME WITH STATE FARM AT ALL VERY SAD THAT THIS OFFICE DID NOT HELP ME IN ANY WAY OR EVEN HAVE A TALK WITH THE CORPORATE OFFICE WHATS SO EVER AND DID NOT EVEN BOTHER WITH ME EITHER LIKE THEY DONT CARE WHICH IS THERE LOSS I FEEL LIKE STATE FARM IS A ROBBERY COMPANY AT THIS POINT STAY AWAY EVERYONE GO ELSE WHERE NOT WORTH YOUR TIME!!!! 😡😡😡
