I realized that my car insurance papers had expired. My husband said he gave them to me (turns out his were also expired). I went to the State Farm and Shannon printed out a current record for me and said she also contacted the right Department to send me the insurance card on heavier paper to keep in my car. She was so fast and very kind.

This is the most personable and knowlegeable insurance company I ever worked with....when I enter their office Brittany sees me and already has my account pulled up. After the Marshall fire Rob contacted me and made sure I had enough insurance to cover incase of fire. Better to find out now instead of after a fire. Many of them didn't have enough to rebuild. Rest of office is fantastic to work with can't go wrong.
